"Becky is always a good help. She was able to update my account from paperless (which I didn't enroll but was automatically enlisted!) back to statement via USPS. I made my payment over the phone with the automated system that day. A week later, received a voice message and text saying they didn't receive my payment. Sandra helped review the situation and waived the $25 late fee and took my payment over the phone. The office may have some hiccups they need to work on with their system, but over all great customer service."

"On Monday, 2,22,26, I spoke with Sandra regarding a new State Fsrm login on my computer. She was so kind and helpful in going over step-by-step with me because I kept having a problem. She was very patient and stayed on the phone with me until I completed all the steps. Once I found out what I did wrong, she quickly advised me on the next step and after that everything was perfect. There’s nothing better when you can call an office and have a person on the other line. Be so helpful to you. Thank you, Sandra for all that you do. In addition, I also advised Sandra that we got a new roof last year and she’s going to send me an email so that I can send her the paperwork to see if we can obtain a discount. Once again, Sandra was so kind throughout the entire process. This is why I love dealing with State Farm!"
