"Very disappointing experience with this State Farm office. Customer service was poor, and I felt like getting help with even the simplest issues was a hassle. Instead of providing clear answers or solutions, I was constantly given the runaround and had to do all the follow-up myself. Communication was lacking, and I never felt like they genuinely cared about helping me as a customer. I expected much better service from a company with State Farm’s reputation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office if you’re looking for responsive and reliable customer service."

"Fast, friendly service! I needed my insurance card but was having trouble accessing my account through the app and online, I even called the 800 number but none of this helped. Best thing I did was call my agents office. Sandra had my cards emailed over to me in less than a minute! Plus, she was able to quickly resolve my login issues. She was a lifesaver!"

My son got in an accident and everything went smooth with the claim, etc. Worked with Sandra Alonso on options for changing the coverage and different options for reducing the premium, etc. she was prompt and got back to me right away.
